A typical High Country wedding shuttle plan has three moving parts: guest transportation in continuous loops between the hotel block and the venue, bridal party transport on a separate vehicle with its own timeline, and reception rides at the end of the night so nobody drives the mountain after the bar closes. It depends on guest count and drive time. A 15-passenger van running a 20-minute loop moves roughly 45 guests an hour; a venue 40 minutes from the hotel block halves that. Most High Country weddings with 100 or more guests use two vehicles, or one vehicle with an earlier start. We model this for you before you book.
Yes. Bridal party transport almost always runs on its own vehicle and its own schedule — hair and makeup, photos at a second location, then the ceremony — while a separate vehicle handles guest loops. Booking them together on one vehicle is the most common wedding-day timeline mistake.
